Drying time varies based on the cleaning method, carpet type and ventilation — typically between 2 to 6 hours. We can use air movers to speed up the process and minimise downtime.

We do our best to remove as many stains and odours as possible using professional-grade products. While most marks lift with treatment, some deep-set or older stains may not disappear completely — but they’ll be significantly improved.

Please remove any small items or breakables before we arrive. We can work around larger furniture, or move it during the service if required — just let us know what you'd prefer in your booking notes.
