Not necessarily. As long as safe access can be arranged and you've given us the necessary instructions in advance, you don’t need to be on-site. You’ll get a full report afterwards and we’re always available if you have follow-up questions.

Yes – CP12 gas safety certificates for landlords can be booked as a standalone job or as part of your heating service. The engineer will inspect your appliances, flues, pipework and issue a valid certificate after the visit.
