Yes – if you have a preferred shape or look, just include it in your booking notes or upload a reference photo. Your gardener will do their best to match it. If it’s a big change or restoration, we may suggest staging it across multiple visits.

Yes – clippings are bagged and either removed or placed neatly into your green bin or compost system. If you need us to take the waste away, just tick the box in the form. A small disposal fee may apply, which will be included in your quote.

We can! This includes full hedge removal plus root and stump extraction if requested. Just let us know the hedge type, length and height when booking so we can give you an accurate quote.

You’ll see our standard hourly rate when you fill out the form, but final pricing depends on the scope of work. Once submitted, we’ll review the details and get back to you with a tailored quote and estimated time to complete the job. The minimum booking is one hour.

We collect payment for the first hour when you book. The rest is charged on the day of the job, based on time worked. Extra time is billed fairly in 30-minute increments, and everything is processed securely online.
