We test and lubricate the lock to ensure it functions properly. If there’s damage or the mechanism is stiff, we can repair or replace the lock on the spot.

Not usually. Most locks still work fine once the key is removed. If there's internal damage, we’ll let you know and can replace it if needed – all in the same visit.

Yes – we offer key cutting as an optional extra. If you’ve broken your only key, we’ll cut a new one on-site so you’re not left stuck.

Absolutely. If you’re locked out or need urgent help, select the ‘emergency’ option when booking and we’ll prioritise your job.

Most extractions take under 30 minutes. If you also need a new key or lock repair, we’ll allow extra time and let you know upfront.

We charge by time with a one-hour minimum. Rates are clearly shown before booking, and extras like key cutting or lock replacement are quoted upfront.
